From the initial site visit to the final walk through with your project manager, we make it our goal to ensure our clients have a positive experience from beginning to end. 

How long does it take to plan a project?

Although the answer can vary to this question, our design and development process is 6-8 weeks. Our sales team will first speak with you to gain the general scope of work regarding your project. Then come to your home to do initial field measurements to present the options and selections for your project. The end of the 6-8 weeks will include a full set of construction documents, final selections, and a budget to move forward with the next step of your project. 

How is Fox Home Innovations different?

FHI will help you design, plan, and execute the project of your dreams. Our showroom is a unique space that our clients can visit in the Manhattan area to provide a professional experience during the planning portion of your project. We also heavily focus on client experience. We go one step further in helping our clients understand the ins and outs of their project to ensure a space they will love for years to come. 

What does communication look like?

Communication is the most important. This starts with our dedicated sales team and then follows with in person meetings that are held throughout the design process. We use state of the art design software to show you what your project will look like before we even step foot in your home. Throughout the course of your project, we have formal face to face meetings with your project manager conducted on site once a week. We also utilize a project management software, Buildertrend that will show you daily logs, calendar updates, photos, and more. This allows our clients to really be connected to their project and to our team as well. 

Can I live at home during my remodel?

Yes. We truly want our clients to understand the concept of livable remodeling and what that entails. Not everyone has the option to be fully removed from their homes during this process. Our jobsite is your home. We educate ourselves and keep your lifestyle in mind when completing your project in order keep your everyday living as less stressful as possible. 

What is the FHI client experience?

This is where we set ourselves apart. We focus on what our clients want and listen to their expectations. We help you understand the big picture of your project so it can be the best experience possible. Naturally, remodeling can be stressful, and it is our job to walk you through those stages. We want your experience with FHI to be remembered as a positive one.

How do I get an estimate?

Reaching out to our team via social media, our website, or directly by phone is the best way to get a hold of our sales team. After discussing the initial details of your project, we will set up a site visit. We will discuss your wants, needs and goals all while understanding the general scope of the project. After all that information is gathered, we will put together an estimate for you.

How do designers help?

We have in house designers that are dedicated to working with our clients from beginning to end. Meeting the designers in our showroom provides a fulfilling experience for our clients. It can certainly be overwhelming to reach out to the marketplace when needing to look at tile samples, flooring, etc. We focus on alleviating that stress for you. 

Do I need to get a permit?

We will handle all of this for you. The application process, drawings required by the city, inspections and any final paperwork will all be handled internally. 

What types of projects does FHI do?

Here at Fox Home Innovations, we are all things residential. Whether it is maintaining your home, adding on a deck, additions, renovations, or putting together a plan for a custom-built home. Projects big or small, reach out to us. We would love to work with you!

Does FHI have a warranty? 

Yes. We have a one-year warranty with all our design projects. Any work that FHI performs or performed by a trade partner is included in this warranty. If you are outside of the one-year timeline, please still reach out to us. We stand behind our work and will help you get it resolved. We want you to love your project and the home you are living in.
